"This is a newer hotel with close proximity to SF airport and UCSF Medical Center. The staff was very friendly, especially Fred in the breakfast area. Always greeted us with a warm welcome and smile. The beds were a little hard for me and the pillow to soft, but everyone has different preferences. The swimming pool is tiny and only 3 1/2" deep which is great for kids not adults. No hot tub. There is an outside patio area with tables and a bbq. Kitchen supplies are very limited. The only down...

"Stormi checked us in and Louise helped w the bags. Very nice made us feel welcome right away. It stated w/them and the rest of the staff was so nice. The location is awesome. As soon as you walk out of the hotel the mini is Rt at across the street. So you are able to take the electric bus to all locations. But it’s not a bus stop w/ppl hanging around. It’s the 1st to the Ferry, the Ballpark, Palace of Fine Arts….definitely with staying here. Happy hour is lively and free. Can’t stress enough how great location was. Public trans outside the door, 3 car rental locations w/in one block. "
