"Though clean the rooms are very tired and shabby. We stayed for 4 nights and the towels were not changed once. Pillows are next to useless. Hotel reception staff are not rude but they are ignorant!! They will quite happily keep to waiting while they chat between themselves, without even acknowledging you are there.. they didn’t even respond to good morning as we walked past them on a morning, instead they just choose to ignore you."

"Really good location and only a short walk to the bus station. Staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was the best I’ve had in Puerto , there was something for everyone to eat and very good quality. The building was very clean and had great WiFi . I’ve been here 3 times now and will be booking again in the future."

"This hotel is a little gem, steeped in history and very central. The internal lounge area with it's palms and exotic plants is wonderful. I would recommend this hotel so long as you are not looking for luxury. There are lovely views from many rooms and the pool is good. Shame they don't offer tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. Fixtures and fittings are sadly just looking a bit tired."
