"Really good location and only a short walk to the bus station. Staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was the best I’ve had in Puerto , there was something for everyone to eat and very good quality. "The majority of staff were really helpful and kind and added to my solo visit. Despite mynoriginal booking needsbbeing clear and speaking in advance with the hotels reservations i was given a room on the 8th floor with mainly a street view on arrival. It was late so i took it. The next i day moved to suit my needs and disabilities. The room was comfortable, but i had to get my AC fixed. Despite being all inclusive it did not include tea/coffee etc in the room and i had to pay extra for this....

Also unless you are all inclusive you cannot get any drinks at all including alcohol also if you want water for you room or heading out for day you have to pay. Decor extremely dated and rooms have carpet 0 heating or air con. "

"In short, the stay was positive and I would go again - but there were a few things that were below expectation, especially for a 4-star hotel. Otherwise, great overall. Negatives: No air conditioning: even tho we visited in Nov, still struggled with the hot & humid air - thankfully the staff were able to provide a fan upon request which partially helped. Sewage smell: an unpleasant smell was present in the toilet/bathroom especially throughout the first 2 days. Cockroach: live cockroach...
