"It's a very nice resort. We stayed in a cottage with water view. It was nice but not upgraded at all. Only major problem was we could hear our wall sharing neighbors. Every time they used their microwave we could hear it beep and the door open and close. We did enjoy our stay!"

Walls and floors seem "thin" or not heavily insulated - lots of noise from upstairs and next door at various points in the evening."

"First time staying at this hotel, but I have been coming to the East Boothbay region for 20 years. Stayed in the pier building and it was well worth it just for the view alone. I just happened to pick the weekend the rements of past hurricanes from the south worked its way up so it was extremely windy making the balcony good for 5 minutes at a time lol The bed I could have just stayed in all day and been happy as a clam, my first night I slept 12hrs which was much needed. "Very comfortable bed, mattress and linens. The restaurant and the overall service was also very good. The only not-so-great thing was that the bathroom was exceptionally tiny...and we are small people."
