"We loved everything about our 5 night stay at Secrets Wild Orchid. The only small complaint we had is that since it was a busy week, there were never enough lounge chairs at the beach. We had to get up at 5:30 am to get a chair and even by then, most were claimed. Just a suggestion to make sure more chairs are on site during busy weeks. Other than that, we had a wonderful week!!!"

"I came for a funeral and was not really caring about the place i stayed at. But the hotel was beautiful, so quaint and comfortable. The room was big and the AC was fantastic. The housekeepers did such a good job keeping the rooms and public spaces clean. The included breakfast was great the 3 times i had it. The staff were all nice and polite. I would definitely go back again. "

"The people were great. Manager Alicia was perfect. Oral a cook at Jasmines was great and made me a special spicy plate!!! Roderick the bartender was fun and very good. Dance and water aerobics instructors were funny and nice. "

"We were told we would have access to a dulux kitchen this was not the case, in reality it was an outside bar area which was not cleaned or used regularly. There was no private beach area it was an area open to use by the public and had to be accessed by the public road. The room was decorated well but not aired or cleaned before we got there and although offered an alternative that was not cleaned thoroughly. Security was someone who lived on the property although polite and friendly he would come and go only providing security if he was around and also help to open the car port door which we were left to deal with otherwise if we wanted to leave the property in the meantime. Property management was very poor and complaints and queries dwelt with if ‘she’ decided to be available that day. Locals were friendly and access to good eating places available especially needed as the kitchen promised was not a kitchen. We will not be returning. "

"This stay was just amazing. The owners are so welcoming and so wonderful to all their guests. They went out of their way many times to make sure we got breakfast with them before going out and exploring. Their breakfast options are amazing, the pool is such an awesome way to relax after a fun day, and you can’t beat the privacy of this bed and breakfast. I can’t wait to come back! "

"We loved our stay at Zimbali! It was relaxing and fun - we did the dinner show and Rasta tour, both highlights of our trip. Very accommodating for our son's food allergies. Only drawbacks were that the air conditioner did not work well in our room and dinner was served very early when not doing the cooking show (like 4:45pm). But overall, absolutely fantastic and we are already dreaming of going back for another stay! "
