Cosy 3 Bed Modern House Family Friendly Birmingham, UK- WiFi, NEC, LG Arena

"Owners communication was great. Their instructions were clear and made entry a breeze. House was clean and was a fantastic alternative to being couped up in a hotel. House is directly below the flightpath to Birmingham airport, so their is a fair bit of boise from 6am till about 11pm. Its not awful, but just be aware of it if you would be bothered by that. "

5 Bedroom House with Gorgeous Landscaped Gardens

CANCELLED 20MINS AFTER OUR CHECK IN TIME

"Absolutely shocking. Traveled 3hours to get to the property. We showed up at 3pm for our check in time but had yet to receive the unlock code. Tried messaging the owner but had no response, called numerous times but either had the call hung up on or then had the number blocked. Canceled on us 20mins after our check in/arrival time with only the comment on the cancellation "property sold" no further explanation or contact from the owner. Had to go through VRBO to sort out alternative sleeping arrangements as other wise we would have been stranded in Birmingham for the weekend with no place to stay. Also while contacting VRBO another group of people turned up who had also booked the property through another booking website they were able to access the property. Hence to lead us to believe the owner double booked but didn't let us know, and only cancelled on us AFTER we were meant to be in the property."

Good Experience

"Good night sleep. Bed was comfortable however sides of bed were slightly uncomfortable kept feeling like was going to fall off. Service was great, room was quiet and they have TVs with YouTube and Netflix on, did not have breakfast it would come to this hotel again. Shower was big but door fell off. Managed to fix it, water pressure and temperature could be better. Was lovely and warm In the room and had loads of towels. "

"Place was clean inside shared bathroom, kitchen and dining. My room did not have a mirror so it was very inconvenient make sure you request a room that has mirror. Overall inside was very comfortable. To be honest outside was not the best area but once you are in the house it’s very comfortable. It was better than other places I rented for the money.There’s also a convenient store next to house which I found great since I didn’t rent a car. Very busy street and lots of stores to grab a bite. I would recommend this place."

Stoney Court Huge 9 Bedroom Property Near NEC, City Centre

Wonderful house - we will be back

"We really enjoyed using this large property for a work/social weekend with a big group of us. The facilities were excellent, beds comfy and it was so great to have the big conservatory and garden room to get together as a whole group, as well as the sunny garden to enjoy some outside time. Great location as we come from all over the UK and Nathan, the host, was super helpful too. We are planning to book again for next year."
