We needed somewhere close to relatives as were attending a family funeral, and this lovely little B and B was perfect. The owners were absolutely wonderful, and allowed us to turn up early, use their facilities to get ready, offered us tea/coffee and even something to eat. This is proper good old fashioned customer service, they couldn't have been more welcoming. They even upgraded my friends room and moved her downstairs as she's old! The facilities are nice and homely, the rooms in great condition and very clean. The breakfast was amazing. Overall I'd give 6 stars, if I could. Wonderful place and wonderful owners.

We had a great stay at this property. We had a family room which was really clean and comfortable. Easy and free to park. Staff really friendly. We also paid extra for breakfast which was amazing. Great selection and cooked food was made to order. Would stay again.

Excellent Stay - Great For Airport
Overnight stay for an early airport flight the next day. The host is very nice and the room was very nice and quiet and everything I needed was there. Very recommended.

Katherine made us feel so welcome we walked through the door. So helpful got us fresh milk for the morning. We mentioned the fridge wasn’t working and within a couple of minutes we had a new fridge in the room. Really nice and friendly place.

Lovely Place with Great Owners
A lovely place with very friendly and helpful owners. Location is great, just a few minutes from the train station with trains into central Birmingham and a 10 minute walk to the local shops and restaurants. Would recommend, I will definitely be back if in the area again.

Went to a concert so only stayed one night rented the room for my daughter and 2 friends the owner was extremely welcoming and sweet made sure they was sorted in the morning and helped them with transport home.

Fantastic stay
Had the best welcome when arriving late at night after a very long day. Katherine was very informative leading up to my arrival. Very cosy lodge, comfy bed with everything provided you may need. Would highly recommended staying here.
