"The hotel is located in the heart of downtown Portland, right across from the Hyatt. It has an old charm, but the sheets and beds could use some improvement. We stayed during the off-season, so when we arrived, there was plenty of parking right in front of the entrance. However, valet parking was the only option at $45. If they offered self-parking for a reduced fee, it would be much better."

"The staff at this property was second to none. Excellent options for dining and the hotel restaurant was very good as well. The onsite Spa service is great and super convenient. We will be back there again. Highly recommended!"

"Everything was very nice. We stayed off season so the main hotel was closed. The new sections has 3 WIFI networks. Unfortunately the guest wifi would not work after 7PM. We were unable to stream, or use air play or even use 5G on our phones. After the first evening, I asked to use the one of the employee WiFis and was told they would reset the router. They did but again it would not work after 7PM."

"Checkin might be a bit tricky if you’re parking - need to check in first by pulling up somewhere first before driving into the lot. But otherwise great property and very nice! Light sleepers should also bring earplugs as it gets loud with the outside noise"
