"Literally one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The staff is one in a million. The property could use some upgrades but it’s well maintained and it’s obvious they are working on upgrades slowly. We will absolutely return and cannot wait until then! Will also recommend to friends."

"Motel is a cute older-style motel with no-frills rooms. Rooms are safe, clean, comfortable, and good sized! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful with recommendations around town. Where this property really shines is location! Minute’s walk to everything in town, it’s hard to beat this location, especially for the price."

"We spent 3 nights at this charming older property. The Mizzentop building only has rooms facing the harbor and a direct view of Bar Island and the Porcupines. The Great Room has its own bartender and there was a piano player for entertainment every night. Cute gift shop in the lobby and multiple coffee stations. Never got to the indoor pool/hot tub but wish we had. "
