"The listing is a cute house in a great neighborhood. However, the place smells of cigarette smoke. We contacted the host, and they stated that nobody ever smokes in the unit. However, every time we walked back into the house, there was a distinct cigarette smell. "

Jacob helped me find the entrance in the snow and then went out of his way to shovel the walkway down to the basement multiple times to ensure we were able to come and go safely. He was very communicative with quick reaponses and just very very kind. The lodgings were clean and well kept, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. And even though it is a basement apartment the sound insulation was superb and we really couldn't hear much noise...
