"Beautiful place with all the essentials including a garage. Great setup! Know you will have outside stairs to go up and down but it was great exercise! We had a situation that the owner's took care of immediately. They went above and beyond to be sure we had a perfect stay! It’s close to all the shopping you need plus some! "My husband & I were visiting our son & his girlfriend- this North Cherry Creek neighborhood was perfect - near them & great food & shopping- loved the covered parking for our rent a car- night before there was hail- entire unit immaculately clean- towels & linens were high quality as were body wash, conditioner & shampoo- so often hosts scrimp on these items- not here- we didn’t cook on this stay but gas grill & all the equipment inside are here to cook meals - we wil be back!"

"This one-bedroom condo is nicely furnished and very comfortable. Kitchen, laundry and bathroom are fully stocked. First floor location is convenient with a nice view of the outdoor pool. A short walk or drive to lots of shopping and dining on Arapahoe Road. The property manager, Zach, was available and took good care of us. We highly recommend this property and would return."

"The condo was an excellent home base for a family reunion. There was plenty of room. The two bathrooms were so helpful! And we enjoyed the pool between family activities. The condo was lovely and had everything we needed, even a washer and dryer! We could not have been more pleased. The manager was so helpful with any questions we had, and provided excellent details about checking in and departure procedures! We would definitely stay here again if we travel to the Denver region!!"

"Very clean and nicely decorated. Overall quite a good stay. Note, though, that this is a ground-floor unit in a two-story building, so there can be a significant amount of foot noise from the unit above, though in most cases it was quiet by bedtime. The appliances are also a bit "shopworn". But it's definitely better than most if not all budget hotels. So I recommend it if you're looking for a perfectly decent place at an affordable price."

"I was satisfied with the place. The neighborhood was quiet. My only issue was the communication with the property manager could have been more organized. I was not told where the laundry rooms were and where to dispose the trash. I had to contact him a few times for things like the mailbox key and access to the laundry room. It would be helpful if he had everything in place for the guest when they arrive."
