The property is very old and run down. The staff is amazing and friendly. I was nervous about the reviews but some were right. My first time at a Hampton Inn and id they are all like this it will be my last. Breakfast options were typical and decent. I had hopes doe going go the pool but decided not to because of the appearance of the facility. Very convenient to Gaylord Rockies.

The staff was friendly. Walking into the lobby was ok, and then going to get on the elevator started to realize how run down it was. Button on the outside was broken. Button on the inside didn’t light up. Walking into my room, immediately it just smelt like dust. The room didn’t look dirty but just smelled like dust, walls had stains. Just older. You can hear all the plumbing and toilet flushes or shower runnings in surrounding rooms. Just loud overall
