"This property is located in a newer neighborhood in Brighton CO. The location worked well for us due to its proximity to extended family living in the area. We had no trouble getting around the Denver metro area from this homebase. The house is spacious and accommodated 4 adults, 2 children, and an infant. The weather precluded use of the outdoor living space. The kitchen had the basics, which we supplemented at the nearby Kroger. An excellent choice as a home away from home. "

"Everything was wonderful, the home was beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming. My issue was their contact person, i was told any early check in would cost $100, I tried to reach the contact person because the home was cold, would not answer for me, i called and text for another issue, no answer to my call or text from the contact person. Overall, the contact person was not handling business as needed, but everything else about our stay was rewarding to us all."

"Outside appearance and surrounding were not appealing, but the interior was as advertised with nice amenities. A lighted walkway to enter would be a great addition. The movement sensor light doesn’t activate until you are very close to the door. Meanwhile you have to traverse a bumpy uneven trail to get to the door. Once inside, the property was welcoming."
