"This comfortable little duplex was perfect for my wife and I and our dog, and is a great location for those wishing to be close to old town Littleton. Christine is a wonderful host and will help out any way she can. We really enjoyed her interior design: lots of Grateful Dead and Burning Man touches! We stayed here in January and didn’t get the chance to enjoy the backyard. Would love to come back in the summer so that we could sit out there and relax. "

"We had 9 adults staying in the house for 6 days for my brothers 60th birthday. The house was beautiful and we loved the fact that it was incredibly old, yet nicely remodeled. The neighborhood was nice and transportation (UBER) was always less than 5 minutes away. We walked to Union Station, Coors Field and the Convention Center with ease, and nobody was under 50 years old, so very nice! Local dining was spectacular. House was immaculate. Washer and Dryer was convenient to say the least. ...

"I recently moved my college student Into an apartment on campus and this location was super close and convenient! The accommodations Spacious and clean and comfortable. I didn’t spend a lot of time in the unit but it had everything you need if you were staying longer. The bed and pillow were super comfy too! "

"Perfect house as our point of 'gathering' for our Christmas. We wanted a "home" to celebrate the holidays, a table larger enough for all of us - those who lived in Denver and those of us coming from out of state. Plus our pups! It was perfect - whether lounging in our pj's around the fire, or cooking together for Christmas dinner, it was an ideal, centrally located home."

"Beautiful home. Perfect for 4-6 people , but could accommodate 8 family members. Beds were amazing. Top notch mattresses and pillows for great nights of sleep. Well set up with large master upstairs and two small bedrooms, great kitchen, dining , living room on main floor… very open…. with 4-5 stairs doen to an open tv room, with connecting bedroom and bathroom/ laundry room. Had a fantastic stay. Owner very responsive on app and text. "
