"Staff always focused on what they could do to make our stay great. Night staff even stepped out to help my partner get out of the car and into the hotel. My partner is physically challenged. The temperature was bitter cold."

"The dress of the employee's was very sub par, sweatshirts and t-shirts with not sure what on them. Breakfast was not maintained or clean when we were there, could see some things were out but never restocked. Beds were comfortable! TV did not work. "

"I like the two room set up so that we can have multiple people in one room. The big table was great for when we borrowed Scrabble from the Lending Library to play before bed. Location is convenient for catching hockey against BSU."

"I plan to stay here again. My wife and I take a drive every year to see the fall colors. My opinion, this is the only place to stay in Bemidji. Fact is, now I look to stay at Hilton Double Tree locations wherever we travel to. (stayed at one in Denver this past June. Would have stayed at one in Canada in Sep if I could have found one) I'm sold on the quality and service. The Bemidji staff are WONDERFUL. (great b-fast also)"
