"We received a very warm welcome from Paulo, who runs the transportation service and picked us up from the airport in Belo Horizonte, and his wife Marcia, who runs the pousada. "My stay in this hotel was very good! All the staff were very friendly and willing to help me out! I met two amazing ladies Miriam and Cintia! These ladies helped me out in everything! They went above and beyond on giving me recommendations and making sure that I felt good at the hotel and everything I needed was taken care of! These ladies were the cherries on top of the cake! Lovely staff, great food & facilities

"I booked this hotel super last minute after my original accommodation was awful on arrival. I reserved with the pay later option and when I arrived at the hotel requested to see the room before payment to ensure I would feel comfortable there. The staff were more than happy to accommodate me and gave me a tour of the facilities as well! The included breakfast was amazing, the room was spacious and the staff were incredibly helpful. I ordered room service and it too was really tasty and reasonably priced! The location is great, really close to the shopping centre and some great restaurants (and a really good and cheap pastel shop). The rooms do need a little TLC but nothing major at all and were still very modern and decently clean. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely stay there again in future."
