"We received a very warm welcome from Paulo, who runs the transportation service and picked us up from the airport in Belo Horizonte, and his wife Marcia, who runs the pousada. (We also used Paulo’s transportation services to go to and from Inhotim (20-30 mins each way) and to Ouro Preto.) The grounds are beautiful and lush with plants - and some toucans! Simple but clean rooms, and four-legged friends rescued by Marcia and Paulo abound, including cats and Logan the dog. We enjoyed the...

"Our stay at the hotel was pleasant. The only issue was how thin the walls are in the bathrooms. We could hear everything from the people in the next room. Not sure what could be done to correct this issue. Overall a beautiful hotel."
