Very average hotel . Terrible service . Not tea coffee in room no iron ironing board . Filthy carpets in the hallway. Food rubbish and expensive in the restaurant.

The hotel is great. Perfect location and easy to navigate. Rooms are well appointed and clean. Property is beautiful. Reception staff is not so great. Upon arrival 3 were in queue and there were 3 agents at reception but only 1 assisting guests. Waited while this one agent completed the queue line while the other 2 agents took no guests and just stood there. Same at check out. 3 agents and stood waiting till someone noticed me and offered assistance. I have worked in hotels for 17 years and feel this service was less than acceptable. I will most likely choose another location my next visit next month.

Bom, mas pode melhorar muito.
Bom no geral. Apenas alguns comentários: fiz check-in online, como orientado, mas tive que fornecer vários dados presencialmente, de novo. Ainda, o restaurante, anunciado coo funcionando de 06:00 as 11:00, fecha entre almoço e jantar. Finalmente, embora estivesse com uma óbvia dificuldade de locomoção (adquirida depois de fazer a reserva), nenhum membro do staff me ofereceu qualquer assistência.
