We arrived at the hotel early and attempted to check in, but the receptionist didn’t seem very willing to assist us. We chose this hotel mainly for the gym, which turned out to be very small and not well-maintained. On the bright side, the room had a very comfortable bed, the breakfast was excellent, and the location is conveniently close to everything

They couldn’t give us the crib neither the hairdryer that said they had available. On our checkin, they didn’t have hand towels and bathroom floor mat. We slept there 3 nights and they didn’t make it available for us.

O hotel num todo é bom. Sempre que vou a Bh e me hospedo nele. Mas dessa vez as instalações do banheiro não estavam boas. Fiquei no quarto 412: o box do banheiro estava difícil para abrir e fechar, o chuveiro estava com algumas saídas entupidas e água saia irregular para todos os lados e o assento do vaso era extremamente desconfortável. Para um hotel com a diária do valor que é, se espera que tenha um assento de melhor qualidade. No restante estava tudo ótimo.
