The hotel very Good, but charge for parking not good and when I enter the room not clean , but the lady on the frondesck changing the room for me. Room service nice e Breakfast ! I recomend.

CONDIÇOES DE USO DO DIA A DIA
Apesar de estar em um ótimo ponto a suite que ficamos tem muito lodo e mofo no silicone do box do banheiro(precisando de reforma ou limpeza), a ducha do sanitário estava com a parede atras deste mofada por vazamento ou infiltração, a iluminação também era precária não tem opção de uma iluminação eficiente caso queira.

Pela localização é bem razoável, já estive em hotéis com estadia mais barata e muito melhores. O quarto é como nas fotos, banheiro pequeno, precisei entrar em contato com o hotel antes para possível aditamento de um dia, mas não obtive sucesso, eles não atendem nem o pessoal do hotels.com, fiquei bem decepcionada mas não cancelei porque não iria dar 300 de bandeja. No mais, o estacionamento é pago e pouquíssimas vagas (chegue cedo). Ponto negativo é o café da manhã, muito pouco variedade, mas pouquíssimas mesmo, se acaba não repõe, deixou MUITO a desejar esse quesito.

Hotel bem localizado, local silencioso, funcionários educados e prestativos. Questões a serem melhoradas: incluir valor do estacionamento no valor final da estadia ou deixar bem especificado que cobrança do estacionamento é à parte; qualificar limpeza, principalmente dos banheiros, ao prolongarmos nossa estadia, reservamos outra categoria de quarto, na mudança, identificamos cheiro forte de urina no box, entramos em contato com recepção, não havia profissional da limpeza no horário, tendo sido disponibilizado vassoura, produtos de limpeza, para que eu mesma realizasse a limpeza. Além disso, vários pontos do box com "mofo", sujidade visível em maçanetas. No geral, custo benefício razoável.

Apartamentos do primeiro piso não têm vista para a lagoa. Localizam-se após o refeitório. O café da manhã é muito ruim, pouquíssimas opções e quase sempre os produtos precisavam ser repostos. De hotel boutique, tem somente a arquitetura do prédio, que é bem bonita.
