"The chalets were atrocious. There were bugs everywhere. The chalet was old and with holes everywhere. You could see daylight through the cracks. Hence the bugs. The sheets were yellow and the pillow was moldy. There were dogs barking very early in the morning and the breakfast buffet was terrible. "

"Horrivel, tinha um bicho parecia uma ratazana imensa, na meu teto que arranhava como se quisesse entrar durante toda a noite. Nao conseguimos dormir, nao tinha ninguém na recepção para falarmos. Entrei as 9 e 30 e no dia seguinte fui embora por volta das 10 30 , pedi reembolso da diária que nao usei, e espero que esteja sendo providenciado. Pois nao quis ficar nenhum minuto a mais. Nunca fiquei num lugar deste onde o medo me impediu de dormir. O chalé precisa ser repaginado, as tomadas são...

"O hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa e atendentes muito simpáticos, mas falta se organizarem para receber os hóspedes. No dia que chegamos não estavam preparados, sendo que reservamos com muita antecedência, não tinha opções de bebidas, a piscina aquecida não estava ligada, não tinha sobremesa. Acabou a força e estava molhada e tive que esperar 40 min até que me liberassem um quarto com gerador para tomar banho e eu morrendo de frio. Acho que lá tem tudo para dar certo, mas faltam alguns cuidados...

"This hotel is located in a farm property could be much updated it says they have a swim up pool bar and wasnt even functioning the pool was full of dead mosquitos and flies they could have someone cleaning it at least twice a day the service was terrible we had to do everything on our own to reserved activities they couldn’t call from the front desk and ask what hours available the food was from days before hard bread and for lunch they had one plate that had gone bad already tasted spoiled they...

"Eu amei esse hotel fazenda… tudo muito lindo, pessoal muito amável , Lugar super limpo e tudo de muito bom gosto …. Não há nada o que reclamar , quero voltar assim que possível. Um lugar excelente para passear com a família."
