Even though some houses in the area were a little shabby, there was a good amount of house construction and rehabbing going on. It was easy to walk our dogs in the area and the neighbors were nice. "This small 1600 square foot house was an excellent choice. The neighborhood was quiet and away from the busyness. The backyard was incredible with plenty of sitting and resting areas. For such a small backyard, it was packed with amenities. I can’t say enough about all the well thought out features of the stay. Kim was a wonderful host, making sure all of our needs were met. "We stayed for a long weekend in November. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch with our morning coffee and again to see the evening sunset. We had several events to attend in downtown Pensacola and were in walking to distance to many of them. We had everything we needed and the place was immaculate. "The property was adequate and offered a splendid beach view. There was some work being done on the balcony - it had ruts in the concrete as if it had been blasted with a jackhammer. Also, a couple of large work buckets had been left behind in the den by someone. Finally, there were very few plugs available to charge electronic devices, which gave the place an out-of-date feel. On the plus side the condo was very comfortable and clean with nice decor."
