"We stayed for a long weekend in November. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch with our morning coffee and again to see the evening sunset. We had several events to attend in downtown Pensacola and were in walking to distance to many of them. We had everything we needed and the place was immaculate. Will definitely book again on our next visit. "

"We were there for a nearby wedding and we were overall very happy that we chose to go outside of the box with a houseboat. That said, there are smaller things that could be frustrating to some and likely unavoidable. You are on water and sometimes feel that. There are also noises associated with being on the water, like the anchor hitting the pylon or something in the house swaying. Not huge issues but something to consider. Otherwise it is very beautiful and relaxing out there!"

"We were lucky enough to book this property for my son and my husband for a guys weekend in honor of Veterans Day. And it did not disappoint. The house is SO cool- complete with its own dock and a true house boat atmosphere. You don’t get any close to waterfront than this. The guys enjoyed walking out the front door and fishing right there. Everything was well stocked and clean, with so much within an easy walking distance- restaurants shops and more. We will definetly be booking again our next...

"The property was adequate and offered a splendid beach view. There was some work being done on the balcony - it had ruts in the concrete as if it had been blasted with a jackhammer. Also, a couple of large work buckets had been left behind in the den by someone. Finally, there were very few plugs available to charge electronic devices, which gave the place an out-of-date feel. On the plus side the condo was very comfortable and clean with nice decor."
