"Cannot say enough about how nice this property is and how good the host was. This was probably the cleanest and nicest vrbo that we have ever stayed in. Great for pets as there is a dog park directly across the street. Back yard with gas fire pit was a bonus for hanging out in the evening. Will definitely stay again."

"My husband and i stayed at the property for 30 days. It was a nice quiet house with a big fenced in yard. It was perfect for our dogs. Even though some houses in the area were a little shabby, there was a good amount of house construction and rehabbing going on. It was easy to walk our dogs in the area and the neighbors were nice. "This small 1600 square foot house was an excellent choice. The neighborhood was quiet and away from the busyness. The backyard was incredible with plenty of sitting and resting areas. For such a small backyard, it was packed with amenities. I can’t say enough about all the well thought out features of the stay. Kim was a wonderful host, making sure all of our needs were met. "The property was adequate and offered a splendid beach view. There was some work being done on the balcony - it had ruts in the concrete as if it had been blasted with a jackhammer. Also, a couple of large work buckets had been left behind in the den by someone. Finally, there were very few plugs available to charge electronic devices, which gave the place an out-of-date feel. On the plus side the condo was very comfortable and clean with nice decor."
