Love the location. I stay there every time I go to Pensacola, I wish they would remove the carpet and put vinyl wood floor something other than carpet because of the sand and it’s pet friendly

Loved the property. Free breakfast was wonderful. The only thing is I was unaware there was a parking fee per car staying in the room. So it was $16 a day per vehicle. Parking was secure so that is a bounds. Staff was very pleasant and helpful!

I normally do not do negative reviews. Sadly the shampoo was completly wmpty and staff seemed to be acting like we were an inconvenience for bringing it up. The room did not meet my expectations of clean. The ptovided breakfast was not very good so most the time we passed. I will say the coffee was good and the bananas. The beach was clean and beautiful. Will not stay here again.

The property was clean and well kept. We were told maid service was every 2 days, however we were missed for some reason and we made due with towels for our last day. I do enjoy staying at Hampton Inn but this time the bed was horrible. Woke up with a backache 3 days in a row. Next time will ask how old is the bed.

It was ok, For checking we did it around 11:00 pm I had to call several times and nobody answered any of my calls, after 10 or 15 mins the front desk person finally came and let us checking in. There were not conditioner or body wash in the shower which we didn't bring them because we were counting on the hotel to provide them.

Pool needed to be cleaned. Our room had 2 different colors on the ceiling like the ceiling had to be replaced and the tape on the Sheetrock was peeling. Love the new parking procedures although think paying $16.51 per day is a little out there. Breakfast was good.

I love the hotel and the amenities that came with it. We were able to leave the hotel and walk right over to the restaurant next door for an amazing dining experience. I also appreciated that there was always coffee available in the dining room for those of us who enjoy coffee any time of the day, the small things. The staff were amazing, so friendly and accommodating. Any questions I had, they were able to answer and always willing. Any future visits to this area, this would definitely be my choice every time.

The room was very comfortable and staff were helpful. There was a lot of construction near the hotel area which made it difficult to get in and out of the hotel property. I love that you could walk onto the beach from the hotel. Overall, it was a good stay.
