"Arrived at property and noticed there weren’t many vehicles, but people hanging out in parking lot — pool was the color of swamp water and looked similar to the swamps in Louisiana — the person working desk walked us to our room and before we walked through hallway doorway to where the guest rooms are, it smelled terrible— when the room was shown to us, it was “creepy”— one bed had a quilt on it, did not match other bed and looked as if someone was living in the room and had decorated (tried to)...

We had several events to attend in downtown Pensacola and were in walking to distance to many of them. We had everything we needed and the place was immaculate. "The property was adequate and offered a splendid beach view. There was some work being done on the balcony - it had ruts in the concrete as if it had been blasted with a jackhammer. Also, a couple of large work buckets had been left behind in the den by someone. Finally, there were very few plugs available to charge electronic devices, which gave the place an out-of-date feel. On the plus side the condo was very comfortable and clean with nice decor."
