It was a great space, plenty of room and airy with high ceilings like that of a loft style apartment. "I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights and chose this hotel because of its passcode door security. Many people say that when traveling to Philly, you need to be cautious, and this hotel made me feel comfortable and safe. All the facilities are excellent and comfortable. There were no issues with this hotel at all. If I come back to Philly, I will choose this hotel again. Additionally, their customer service is very responsive and helpful. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was close to central Philadelphia, in a nice, working class neighbourhood. It is on a busy side street, but it was quiet at night. This is a nicely renovated old town home, with good amenities. We really liked the full kitchen, with a full fridge. We would stay there again."

"I love this place but 2 dinette chairs are weak 1 handle almost fall off we did screw tighten up, laundry room full bulk blanket and etc hasn’t remove , the tv remote all batteries already dead we replace new batteries, bathroom toilet seat are loose we fix it completed in the back room I think #4 Window blind already damaged and there is no toaster in kitchen we would rent us. Again in future the place is so beautiful and thanks"

"We stayed one night. While the location was ok. The apartment could use some cosmetic updates. The tile floors had quacks. There were outlets with no covers and holes in doors and walls. The convenience of the apartment made up for the flaws. 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms with parking across the street. We did run into a problem with not enough linens for the guest. (FYI I will be taking my own from now on) The owner was super friendly and answered all my questions quickly."

"Just down the hall is a great common space with pool tables and screening room. We had fun playing pool at the end of the day. Great gym and rooftop deck. Easy walk to Independence Hall and not too far from UPenn. Great restaurants nearby."

We tried to send an email to get Wi-Fi password and did not get a response back also cannot access the TV because we had Android phones and I guess you needed an Apple phone. But it's okay we want there to watch TV. Also the washer did not work."

"A friend and I were in Philadelphia and enjoyed our stay in the Cozy Couples Retreat. We appreciated all of the information about the unit and surrounding neighborhood before check in. The table and chairs outside were a nice addition to just sit and enjoy the lovely city neighborhood after our long day exploring. The bed was REALLY COMFORTABLE! The unit was clean and Gabe and John were responsive to any questions. We would definitely stay again!"
