"Very close to downtown area. 15 minute walk. Staff is very attentive. Especially the night staff. We had a couple of concerns with the tv and our room and they addressed it within 15 minutes. The nighttime bartender and cook staff were fantastic too! You could tell they like their job and all worked together well. "

"It was little scary around and clients were smoking and doing drugs in parking area . Hotel was older but not bad just wasn’t cleanest but room was ok. Clients were rough . Staff was great ! "

"The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Lots of choices to satisfy your needs. Service staff were friendly and kind, too. The difference between a good hotel & a great hotel are the staff. (Front & back of the house) Hyatt House Nashville is a great hotel. Thank you! "
