"Our group of 5 enjoyed our stay. Property was well positioned for visiting San Ignacio and Santa Elena. Property has similar name as another in area so can be confusing to locate if you're not paying attention but I don't fault the host for that.Lockbox was tricky to open for accessing keys but again a very trivial thing.Overall we were very happy with our stay."

He has equipped the 2 bedroom apartment extremely well. Just basically need your clothes and yourself for a quiet relaxing stay. We felt extremely safe on his property and walking the town. "This place is a jewel of a find! Michelle and Scott are super friendly and very attentive. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at home! I was asked every day if I needed a ride to the grocery or convenient store. The housekeeping was great and pool was nice! Great whimsical rooms are done very stylish and supplied with everything you need. Check out the book they put together for things to do as I rented a vehicle from them and checked out the sites they recommended! ...

"Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property; everything was very clean - the kitchen, bathrooms, linens, pool. Excellent views of surrounding jungle and great location to explore Mayan ruins and do some cave tubing that wasn’t terribly close, but not a bad drive. It seems like a bit of a stretch to say so many things are within walking distance of this property, as the property sits at the very top of a long steep road. I love to walk, but not once did I venture to walk up that road. Check in...

"Perfect home away from home to explore San Ignacio. Located in a great little neighborhood surrounded by beautiful tropical plants and sounds. We had a wonderful stay at Terry’s place. Terry was kind, helpful and attentive. The pool was a definite asset after hot days exploring. Laundry facilities were much appreciated. Short walk to grocery store, town, restaurants etc. Very convenient to have Cayo Expeditions pick us up right at the house for tours. We loved our stay here! "

"House was amazing! Impeccably clean and very secure. Loved the bedroom set up and the rooftop deck looking out on park. Great dining options close. My only complaint was the barking dogs all night and that is something out of owners control. Would highly recommend - just bring earplugs 😉"

"Our family had a great time during our spring break. The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for our day trips to the ATM cave, Mayan ruins in Belize, and visiting Tikal. The host was great and met us on arrival and was there for check out. You should also consider arranging for the arrival dinner. It was really good and made for a relaxing first night.the gardens were beautiful, well maintained and the kids loved the pool."
