What may not be clear from online description is that the hotel is vey big with strange interior designs so that you may need to haul your luggage on carpet for a prolonged distance and may need to switch elevators to get to 6/7th floor. "We were put in a very nice room on the 1st floor overlooking the hotel food delivery space. Every morning at 4:30, the trucks arrived making a terrible noise and waking us up. The various noise remained for the next 2 hours. It happened for 2 nights in a row, which is totally unacceptable for the level of this hotel.
