"Great property and great view from the room "

"Why I chose to stay there was for price, airport shuttle, and having onsite restaurant. A few things that disappointed me:the room was cold, I checked in at 4:30pm and set the heat to 74° but it took hours just to get the room warmer at 10pm it was just 70°, when I checked out at 6:30am it the temp had gotten to 73°. In the restaurant there were only a couple of staff, so there was a delay in getting checked on during my meal. The soup was lukewarm and I had ordered a cup but was charged for a bowl. The rooms are dark, need more or brighter lights for us old folks. "
