"The staff at the Hyatt were phenomenal. The first night of our stay there was loud shouting from the next room. At first it sounded like it was coming from the hall or the balcony from the next floor. We discovered it was coming through a connecting door. We became frightened because the loud voice sounded angry. After several texts with the front desk and checks by security we were offered a different room. The security team ushered us out of the room and were extremely kind. They stayed behind to monitor the situation in the adjoining room. My husband and I give high praise to the night staff and the security team. Thank you. "

"I’d like to first start off by saying people will probably NEVER go back there. Doesn’t matter how fancy the name. Yal lied about the amenities.. please be sure to include the things you DONT have before I pay to stay there. Beyond upset, then you all don’t have towels to dry up with. No type of janitorial.. I believe my room was just dusted off and given to us. Gross. The jacuzzi didn’t work and people were in the parking lot drinking and being belligerent… NEVER AGAIN. Not sure why I didn’t just get an Air BNB.. next time I know better "
