"Great location in CdM! Place was clean & cozy. Very walkable to outdoor activities & restaurants nearby. Colleen was responsive, friendly and added nice touches throughout the studio that make you feel welcome. Would definitely stay again!"

"This place is fantastic! The views are everything - plus the space is large and the hosts are so helpful. It's clean, with a well-stocked kitchen. There's pretty much everything you could need for your visit - including beach chairs & other equipment. Relax on the deck, lounge on the big indoor couch, walk to downtown & the beach. If you want to stay in San Clemente, you'll be happy with this place. A great value."

"Everything was just perfect. Bed is comfortable and has everything you need in the kitchen. Very close to town with places to eat and shop. Nice walk around the island on the bay front. There is a 3 car ferry to take you over to the ocean and Fun Zone. Nice restaurant on the bay with a great view. Newport Landing. Our host is the best and it's probably my 5th or 6th time staying there. I come back every year. :)"

"The location was a bit awkward at first, but once we discovered the alleyway behind the building to the stairs up to our unit, it made dropping off bags and such easier. The studio was nicely appointed. I have difficulty with stairs and the loose railing at the top of the staircase was challenging. They let us check in early and never bothered us during our stay. "

"This was the perfect beach apartment for my stay. It is literally just a few steps to the walkway leading down to the beach and walking distance to the pier, shops and restaurants. The host communicated instructions clearly"

"The suite was cute. Floor was dusty, otherwise, nice. The he parking lot was messy and needed maintenance. Overgrown weeds and trash. Great location!"

"We truly enjoyed our peaceful getaway to this little beach rental. The property was quiet and comfortable. It was well stocked and clean. It is close enough to walk to the beach and not have to worry about parking. Management communicated well and was open to any concerns (although we had none) We look forward to visiting again soon! "

"We had a lovely stay the view was nice and hearing the ocean waves at night were very calming. The home is Vintage but it’s very homey. One of the beds is very hard and the other is soft. If all else fails the couches are loungers and very comfy to sleep in plus you can hear the ocean. We stayed 2 days so we had everything we needed clean towels and bedding extra pillows and a fridge and microwave. Though I would was the dishes before you use them , your supposed to wash them yourself after...

You can't help but notice the place as you drive in to Sunset beach, "towering" over the other properties. The lift works well, and the views from the main deck, bedroom levels and top entertainment deck are unparalleled. Sunrise and sunsets are simply stunning.
