"decided to spend a couple nights in Newport Beach area and we could not have picked a better place - as we love crystal cove park (walking distance) and the neighboring restaurants which were a short drive from home base. Very quiet and it felt like we were living in a tree house. Saw some interesting birds on the grounds as a bonus."

"As stated above, overall it was a fantastic stay. Some concerns that we think should be mentioned in review more notably so people can catch them are as follows. Parking on street only. Doesn’t seem like a big deal but after you come home from a full day of walking at one of the parks and you have to drive around for 30 minutes to find a parking spot and that spot is about 3/4 of a mile away tends to be frustrating. "We very much enjoyed our stay. We left Los Angeles after the Palisades and Eaton fires began and are glad we found this place. The 1bdrm was perfect for our family of 3. The property is right up next to PCH so it can get noisy but it was wonderful to hear the waves at night. We also appreciated the bridge access to the beach, it was convenient. Not much to walk to though but there were stores within a 5min drive away. "
