"My wife and I stayed at the Ascott Star KLCC for four nights in January 2025. We spent a long time at check-in, as we arrived at 13:30 and the room was not ready. It was still not ready at 15:00, so the reception kindly gave us another, upgraded Apt (we had booked a deluxe one-bedroom). It was my fault as I did not indicate our arrival time in the online check-in. "This is a great option for solo travelers, friends and families, for business or leisure. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is warm welcoming and very courteous. The location is great for checking the Petronas twin towers, going shopping or having some nice meals or accessing entertainment at night. I would love to visit again and would totally recommend to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur."

Great location

"This hotel is in a great location for sightseeing & shopping. Just across the road to the walkway that goes to the Petronas tower complex. Got a great deal from Hotels.com on a suite, it was huge and had free access to the club where there was complimentary food & drinks. Be aware of the heat in Kuala Lumpur, even though it was in February it was very hot 24 hours a day ! "
