"It's a lovely hotel with excellent grounds to walk the dogs in. Although it could do with a paint touch up in places and some TLC The room we had was clean and the bed was comfy. The service was good however they appeared to be short staffed. The young waitress in the dining room serving evening meal works really hard, and she's a credit to the hotel. The food at both breakfast and in the evening was really nice. We would return to this hotel again if staying over in Keswick."

"I received a call 24 hours before our arrival (on New Years Eve),telling me the booking cancelled due to 'gas issues' in the apartment. I was told they would arrange for Expedia to search for alternative accomodation.
