"Beautiful, excellent service, high quality hot springs pools, perfect views of the volcano when clouds clear, cows, birds, donkeys, horses sometimes right by the rooms,convenient to all activities but quiet and felt remote, pools are drained each day, and stay open until 9:30 so you can relax before bed. Breakfast was great! Omelette station is included. Be sure to catch the happy hour on the viewing deck. Giant rooms especially for the price. This place surpassed all of our expectations. Only suggestion for improvement would be to post information in the rooms regarding the Wi-Fi password, hours of amenities and the code necessary to access the gym. If you get there late be sure to get that info at check in "
