"Amazing location, the best gotel breakfast in the area"

"The hotel is new & beautiful. However, construction was underway on my floor which started mornings at 8am. I was in room 328 construction was 3 rooms away. I requested a broom & squeegee to clean my patio & windows. The hotel sent someone to clean it up. The other issue was the outdoor bar seating areas. Tables are often left with dirty glassware & plates. The waitstaff seemed oblivious and unconcerned. I think as a 5 star property the hotel should be more accommodating and come from a place of...

"Everything was great, the only downside to the whole experience would be that they need to have more staff that speaks English or spanish. It was a little hard to communicate but other than that everything was on point."
