"Tony runs the place and was very welcoming. It is a lovely property in a wonderful setting with plenty of parking for guests. I had a really nice room with a great shower and very comfy bed. The place is very near to some good dining options for the evening. Cooked breakfast was ok but overall a very pleasant stay which I would use again for sure."

"Amazing place and pub/overnight stay. This is a little gem and the owners and staff should be proud of the great pub and guest rooms they run. The locals are friendly and nice, and this pub is at the heart of the community as it should be. Anyone who wants fantastic food, great staff and company needing a room or meal within 20 miles of this place should divert there. I cannot commend this establishment enough. I travel all over the UK with my job, and this is by fsr my favourite place to stay...

"Mill Lodge is located in a quiet side street with pubs and food shopping nearby. Our compact accommodation was very clean, cosy, comfortable and had all we needed, with a generous supply of teas, coffee and Welsh cakes in the room. At breakfast, there was a wide choice of quality ingredients to choose from, carefully prepared and presented in impeccable style. A nice touch was the freshly squeezed orange juice. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. "

"Situated at the end of a quiet lane with breath taking views of the countryside and the Black Mountains beyond, we were met by our wonderful host Sophie who welcomed us to her lovely home. Private entrance to the house, with everything you could possibly need, thoughtfully delivered to provide a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious and the best I have had in some time. Sophie was knowledgable and super helpful, and lovely to get to know. Totally recommend staying."
