"The staff are amazing, especially the Concierge staff (callout to Sprite, Jam and Mike) who always had a smile and helped us out on many occasions during our stay. The in-house restaurants are on the pricey side, but that's to be expected in a 5 star hotel, however many other options in the vicinity. "Loved my stay here. Small hiccup at the beginning but the lovely ladies at the front desk fixed it. Close to everything (711, dentist, walking streets, laundry, BTS) honestly amazing location and great hotel. Wish their breakfast options were a bit more varied but that’s it. "
