Recognizing the urgency of our situation, BALL Concierge and his dedicated team sprang into action. They meticulously gathered the necessary details, including the taxi's registration number, demonstrating their commitment to assisting us. After making a swift phone call to the Public taxi company on our behalf, we could only hope for the best. Miraculously, despite our initial fears, our faith was restored within a mere 30 minutes. We received the exhilarating news that our bag had been located and was being returned to us. "

"The hotel was gorgeous! Our room was practically a one bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking the river. We did not stay on the club floors. The only issue I had was with the Sky Bar. The views are splendid while the prices are "Sky High"! 1700 Baht for a 4 oz glass of wine. Go up for the views but have a cocktail elsewhere. We didn't eat at the restaurants because there prices were high as well. I will say the breakfast which was included in the price of the room, was exceptional! Would recommend but eat your meals elsewhere unless you want very high end prices."
