"We were upgraded! Amazing hotel and thanks to expedia we got vouchers for Thai Iced Tea or Iced coffee. Amazing staff and location is just perfect from this hotel. Terminal 21 mall is also within the hotel. Amazing restaurant and shops are conveniently located within the hotel. "

"Fabulous location close to restaurants, bars, massage places. Only drawback was that it was a 10 minute walk in humid weather to get to the subway station."

"The room was on the 47th floor. It was spacious and the view was nice overlooking bangkok skyline. There was jacuzzi in the room, but we did not have time to try. Free top up of snacks and amenities in the room everyday. There was also machine to provide free coffee and tea at the lobby. There was one issue, however. The microwave oven did not seems to work, which we had to ask for the staff to provide cooking pot and pan so that we could heat up our takeaway food. Overall, we were glad to stay in this hotel. "

"We would recommend this property every single time!! The location is amazing for getting everywhere from public transport to the tuk tuks waiting outside. The room was super spacious and the amenities were amazing. The highlight besides the friendly service was also the morning breakfast! "
