"To be fair, the property is old and rather tired, but is in the process of renovating and moving under the Accor umbrella. Things are a bit of a mess, but that should be sorted out by April 2020. The price per sq meter is the big attraction, as older properties like this have much bigger rooms (bigger than many new condos).
