"Great staff and hotel "

"I had a pleasant stay overall—the service was good, and the staff were friendly. However, the check-in and check-out process was frustratingly slow. The receptionists seemed unorganized, and it felt like there was no proper system in place. Even though I checked in late and checked out early, both processes took much longer than expected. If they can improve efficiency at the front desk, it would make the experience much smoother."

"Great place and if you get the lakeside room, the views are incredible, some of the best in Bangkok. "

"Super clean rooms, professional staff, well organized staff and logistics, awesome pool with food/drink options, walking distance to several metro stations and tons of great dining options within 15 min walk. Super helpful concierge services secured us a table for dinner at a place we wanted to dine, which we could not secure ourselves (restaurant said they had no space). "

"It was a nice stay , the location is near to BTS but bars line the entrance to the street but convenient nonetheless. 711 are aplenty and the staff are warm and welcoming. Only thing would be the lift could be crowded at times. Dont forget to place the wooden sign for a free drink. Thank you for the stay and hope to see ya again "

"Not bad, not great. Staff were very nice. Room was decent. Carpet was old and a bit worn. Bed was a bit hard for my liking. Bathroom was very nice. "
