The only negative is that they do not accept credit cards for check-in, despite it being listed on hotels.com as an option. Management claimed it’s because they have issues with physically using credit cards which seems incredibly odd for a luxe villa. The management wanted to hold 10,000 baht in cash during the stay, which is absurdly high compared to other stays in the area. "

"Nice tucked away hotel with an open airy layout. The pool and dining area are in the beach. Spa offerings were great and at a good price. Food was pretty good, drink selection was great and varied. Can pretty much get any juice you want. It is a nice quiet get away good for couples Unfortunately, our outdoor jacuzzi jets would not turn on. It was part of the reason I booked this particular room. Also our room phone did not work The room was nice and spacious "

"Nice hotel, needs a bit of upkeep. Pool area was very nice and taken care of. Cottages had many small openings around the windows for mosquitos and critters to enter the room- recommend you take a roll of packing tape or similar to seal holes. Breakfast was adequate at best, we felt like eating out instead."

"When we arrived to the island, we took a taxi to the GPS location according to Hotels.com map. The pin was innaccurate, and 6 of us were stranded on another part of the island, 45 minutes away. Only due to a nice local Thai man, did we get a new taxi and find the villa. The villa in the photo shows a beach - we had no beach.
