"Where to we start. Stay away at all cost. Upon arrival the one of the staff were picking her feet on the desk. We had the keys threw at us. To open the door on room there was a padlock on the outside this meant that you could not lock the whilst you are inside. On entering the room we were overpowered by the smell of urine and seemed to some rodent activity. The wardroab doors had been chewed and there were dropping in the bathroom and inside the wardrobe. "This is an older style resort with lots of different spaces for children and adults including a small gym, games area etc. Unfortunately the spa treatment area was surrounded by stagnant water while I was there - otherwise it would have been a lovely setting. The little vegetable garden is cute. The pool is lovely as is the beach. The staff in the restaurant / bar are wonderful. "

"I felt I had been misled when we arrived at the hotel as the pictures on the listing show a well manicured hotel with a quality finish. The pictures were taken quite some time ago and the hotel is now in need of some love. The rooms are nice and they leave little animals made out of towels on your bed which is lovely, but the pool area and restaurant are a bit shabby and the buildings need a coat of paint.
