"Exceptional service and property. So many activities to sign up for on the resort. The food was incredible and the room was extremely comfortable. We absolutely loved the staff and cannot express enough how amazing the service was which made our stay extra special. The private beach and entire property is stunning and we highly recommend staying here. "

"Ban tai was beautiful! The villa was very up-to-date and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The only negative is that they do not accept credit cards for check-in, despite it being listed on hotels.com as an option. Management claimed it’s because they have issues with physically using credit cards which seems incredibly odd for a luxe villa. The management wanted to hold 10,000 baht in cash during the stay, which is absurdly high compared to other stays in the area. "

"I felt I had been misled when we arrived at the hotel as the pictures on the listing show a well manicured hotel with a quality finish. The pictures were taken quite some time ago and the hotel is now in need of some love. The rooms are nice and they leave little animals made out of towels on your bed which is lovely, but the pool area and restaurant are a bit shabby and the buildings need a coat of paint. "This is an older style resort with lots of different spaces for children and adults including a small gym, games area etc. Unfortunately the spa treatment area was surrounded by stagnant water while I was there - otherwise it would have been a lovely setting. The little vegetable garden is cute. The pool is lovely as is the beach. The staff in the restaurant / bar are wonderful. "

Cottages had many small openings around the windows for mosquitos and critters to enter the room- recommend you take a roll of packing tape or similar to seal holes. "The property was lovely, all the amenities we wanted, and the team made us feel right at home. Unfortunately, due to nearby construction noise we were unable to complete our stay. The owner was an absolute gentleman, and gave us a full refund. The property was fantastic. We hope to return next year, but we need to make arrangements to deal with the steep driveway in a better fashion next time."
