"We went to Banff to celebrate my wife’s birthday and the hotel was nothing less than excellent. From the valet staff, bell staff, front desk staff, house keeping staff, everyone was so prompt and tentative, the best way to describe it was “top tier” but the best part was the VIP concierge team. They were all next level and on their game. From making reservations at the hotel restaurants and spa to scheduling baggage pickup and just being friendly, it made the trip that much better. our room was even upgraded to a suite prior to arrival and it was incredible. The spa was excellent and relaxing and the views were beautiful. Staff at the restaurants were tentative and made us feel special. Overall, the staff made our trip even more memorable. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again and would recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the area."

"We stayed at the Rimrock Hotel in April 2025 and were genuinely pleased with the entire facility. We enjoyed breakfast buffet at Primrose, watching hockey games and drinks at Divas, coffee and snacks from the coffee shop, etc. The front desk and concierge staff were helpful and efficient, and it was helpful to borrow show chains for our shoes as recommended by the concierge for hiking. Parking was convenient and reaching the destinations on our itinerary was easy and hassle free. We highly recommend Rimrock Hotel for their great views, amenities like their outdoor fire pits, sauna, gym and spa but most importantly, the very relaxing environment throughout the property."
