"The rooms are comfortable and small. The fireplace on the room is great. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. I liked the fact that there was a mini fridge, tea kettle, dishes and utensils in the room. Came in handy for takeout. The hotel has a great rustic feel . I just wish it wasn't that expensive."

"The room is quite nice! Beds are comfortable but the pillows are too thick. The decor is very nice but the designer of the bathroom didn’t do their job very well. The toilet is too close to the shelves and is not to building code standards. The sink depth is too deep and doesn’t hold water. The noise from the hallway pressurization shaft that is directly across from Room 464 is too loud. Mechanical consultant needs to adjust it to reduce the noise. Love the heated parkade. "

"Staff was kind, hotel was quiet and clean. Hot tub view was perfect. The Bistro service was not good at all, unfortunately with that view and the delicious food, we went twice and both servants were not nice. We booked specific table the night before and when we went to have brunch, it was full with other people. I mentioned that and the servant just said choose any other table that you like.
