"Hotel is beautiful, In excellent shape and in an excellent area. Carlitos restaurant made amazing Pizza and waits times were reasonable for how busy they were. Front desk staff were pretty great and the underground parking was expensive but worth it. Only complaints were housekeeping. We had housekeeping come in the first day but room wasn’t very clean and coffee supplies not refilled even though a tip was left. We decided not to have housekeeping clean rooms after that. Pool bathroom/change...

Other staff were also excellent, dining room waiter, office staff always smiling and waving. Housekeeping did a wonderful job in our room. "Me and my partner stayed here for 7 days for our first trip to Alberta and we can honestly say we were so happy and pleased with this hotel during our visit. For starters the hotel was extremely clean, and their house keeping services were in daily always making sure we had everything we needed; providing us with fresh linens/towels, making the bed etc; also the hotel prices are great! Not to mention they also have a hot tub which was just an extra bonus. We would definitely recommend this...
