"Property was everything we needed for a holiday family vacation. Home was comfortable and beautiful, with a knockout backyard. Must come back in summertime to enjoy the pool. From a pool table to wonderful conversation pit, there was something for those of us from 30 to 68!"

"I was escaping a hurricane and got all the way to Jacksonville and after midnight which means you can’t reserve anything else same day and the just emails and says sorry it’s over booked and basically no remorse so my family of 5 and one service dog had to be homeless for a couple days while we waited out the storm. Pathetic of a host and poor communication. "

"The description was spot on. We enjoyed our stay, and the setting was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Our stay was extended by one day due to winter weather in FL(go figure) and Donnie was extremely helpful during this process. We would definitely recommend, and we would have no hesitation staying there again."

"The house was well decorated and plenty of room. Note, only 1 full bath. We made it work with 6 of us. Make sure to fully read description. House is older so A/C didn't cool well. Host added window and standing units which was nice. Neughborhood is.....not the greatest."

"Dawn was great with very fast response! The house was perfect and just what I needed to host my daughter's graduation gathering and hosting family. Only thing is the neighbors are very nosy and called the sheriffs 3 times about my gathering between the hours of 7pm-730pm, which was not very pleasant because no one was loitering in front of residence or hanging outside and everyone parked on one side not blocking driveways. Nor was the music super loud. Other than that everything was great!"

"We were in town for family members wedding. So there were multiple locations of different events. This property was a good location because it was central. Very Close to downtown and close to Airport. Bit of a drive to the beach. "

"It was clean and walking distance a lot of places. Will stay again "

"The Rental was very nice. It was clean and had everything my family needed. The beds were confortable. The drawback for me is I am a light sleeper and there are train tracks the next block. The freight train travels by several times during the night. If the room had some white noise or a air conditioner to drown out the noise it would be a 4-5 star property."
